In 2016 I lost my twin brother, Tushar, and learned first-hand how systems move slower than life does. Every support I needed existed, but nobody handed me a map. This platform is built on one idea: fix things before they break people.

- Staff in my office whose whole job is finding you help and following it through

- Make sure people actually receive the rebates they already qualify for

- Put forth motions to reduce the burden of cost on first-time home buyers
- Advocate for reliable transportation and mobility for seniors

Public Spaces & Infrastructure
Fixed faster. Cared for better.
- Keep sidewalks and public spaces repaired through winter and summer
- Inspect trees and playgrounds on a schedule so problems get caught early
- More free courts: tennis, pickleball, basketball
- Upgrade and expand off-leash dog parks
- Speed up flood and erosion repairs on the Toronto Islands
- Turn dead underpasses and overlooked land into usable public space
In July 2023, Pari Nadimi was killed by a falling branch in Trinity Bellwoods.

Community Wellbeing
Prevention over crisis.
- Get people off the street and into homes, starting with the outreach that puts them in line for one
- Repair the vacant social housing units sitting empty while people wait years
- Push to expand the rent subsidy that helps people afford a place now, without waiting for new construction
- Lower-cost counselling through public-private partnership, using a model I already run
- Expand awareness and capacity of the existing non-police crisis response service
applications on Toronto's social housing waitlist, with waits of 10 to 15 years, while units sit vacant awaiting repair.
